We are all so busy these days, and yoga is a great way to exercise - especially when we have limited time and space.
I am certified (twice accredited yoga instructor, a certificate in the science of exercise, a certificate for Yoga and Mindfulness for Children) and I have been practicing yoga for 15 years.
Together, we can:
- Develop motor skills and self awareness
- Boost strength and flexibility
- Improve mood and sleep quality
- Increase energy and motivation
- Relieve stress and anxiety
My class is all about feeling happy, healthy and confident!
In my yoga class, we wont need fancy equipment, we don't need to be skilled athletes, we just need a small area, a yoga mat or a towel, and we are ready to begin!
You are welcome to join me just once or twice a week, or every day!
Find your preferred time in my class schedule, or request a time and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Private or family classes available upon request.
