Hatha yoga is a full body exercise, designed to improve not just physical health, but to calm the mind and improve mental discipline.
In this class, we will cover the foundations of yoga in a safe and methodical way.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
We will improve our balance, strength and flexibility while building confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
A typical class will include:
-A warm up to get the blood flowing
-Posture exploration, correction and alternatives
-Strength and flexibility exercises
-Breathwork and calming practices
What we need:
- 40 minutes
- A distraction-free space, at least 2 meters by 2 meters
- Exercise clothes
- Water and a small towel
- A yoga mat or soft rug
We can have yoga class together once, twice, or even three times a week! Find your preferred time in my class schedule, or request a time and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. Private or family classes available upon request.
